Privacy is very important to Meet 'n' Greet Australia (MnGA). Your personal details will not be given to anyone except with your express consent. By registering to receive MnGA e-news you are giving permission to MnGA to use your information, such as name and email to contact you with a regular e-news and promotional events.
Apart for this, your personal details will remain confidential.
If you no longer wish to receive our e-news please click the unsubscribe link on e-news or contact us and we will remove you from our mailing list.
We will not sell or provide your contact information to any other organization who may be interested in making unsolicited contact.
Disclaimer:
MnGA reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. We also have the right to ask for proof of age ID, if you have lied about your age when signing up we have the right to refuse entry. In both these circumstances NO refund will be given. To participate in MnGA events you must be 18 years or older. Please do not attempt to register if you are under the age of 18. We have the right to ask for proof of age.
By registering to attend a MnGA event you understand the MnGA is not a match making service and does not screen its participants for criminal records, marriage and age.
MnGA cannot be held responsible for the actions of any person that you may meet through MnGA events. MnGA takes no responsibility for the actions of participants at or after MnGA events. You agree not to initiate and claim against MnGA resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold MnGA free from any liability.
MnGA recommend acting with with caution with any participants after and outside any events.
Refunds:
Please understand that planning for a MnGA event is a long and time consuming process. It is therefore very important the we know who will be attending the event, in order to ensure we have correct numbers. Unfortunately, once a ticket has been purchased, no refund or credit can be offered for your cancellation or non attendance. Out of courtesy for our other guests, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
MnGA has the right to cancel an event within 24 hours. MnGA will only do so due to low ticket sales, ALL money will be refunded within 24 hours.
Non Attendance:
By not attending and not notifying us, your details may be removed from our database and you may not be invited or permitted to attend any future MnGA events. In this case no refund will be issued.
Credit Information:
When purchasing a ticket for an event using a credit card, you will be asked to provide additional financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We use encryption technology to protect your credit card information while in transit, via the Internet, to our servers.
Photographs at Events:
MnGA often takes photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed publications, e-news and within an album on our website. By attending an events you give permission to MnGA to use your image(s) taken at events in publicity material. Names will not be used.
