How does it work?
MnGA professionally organise regular events. If you like any of them and would like to attend - It is simple:
Click on the 'Buy Now' icon, and you will be directed to PayPAL to complete the transaction. Just follow the steps.
I dont have a PayPAL account, Can i still buy a ticket?
It is ok if you dont have an existing PayPAL account, you can still complete the transaction using your credit card through PayPAL.
I dont have a credit card, Can i still buy a ticket?
If you dont have a credit card to purchase a ticket, you can contact sales@mnga.com.au to arrange payment via bank deposit. ALL payments must be received at least 24 hours prior to event date.
How will i get my ticket?
When MnGA receive your payment you will receive an email containing your ticket. (within 24hr) Simply print this ticket and bring it along with you as proof of purchase.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
MnGA will only ever cancel and event due to poor ticket sales. If this should happen you will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase. This refund will be directly creditted back to the card from which the purchase was made.
Will i meet new people at each event?
We can not guarantee everyone at the events will be new to you. It all depends on who buys tickets to each event. But then.......Is that such a bad thing????? A familiar face at an event could be a good thing.
Will my personal details be available to others?
Absolutely NOT ! Your details are never shared with any one else or commercial collectors. We only use your details for our own communications with you such as e-news and ticket purchases.
If you wish to keep in contact with someone that you meet at our events, it is up to you to share your details.
I no longer wish to receive regular e-news
I am sorry to hear that. Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newletter and it automatically remove your details from our database.
